April 11th, 2010After a lifetime of dieting (my first diet at age twelve), I began to rebel. I had my only child in my forties, and while struggling with a demanding business, a traveling husband and single parenting my young child during the work week, I started to gain weight slowly. Although I was eating healthy food, I was not measuring and keeping track of everything I ate, and I put on about forty pounds. I turned fifty this year and it rocked me to the core.
